IF THE WEATHER HAS OTHER PLANS.
Ballooning is weather dependent and sometimes, despite everyone’s best plans, Mother Nature has other ideas.
We’ll be monitoring the weather closely and communicating directly with you in the days leading up to your event, so you’ll know what’s happening and what your options are.
If we can’t fly, you can reschedule the experience for your group or, if coordinating another date doesn’t suit, we can separate your corporate booking into individual flight vouchers for each participant to use in their own time.
No complicated group rescheduling, unless you want to. No one misses out.
Your booking is non-refundable, but fully transferable, giving you the flexibility to gift individual flights to your guests if plans need to change.
Your corporate experience simply becomes a corporate gift.
