READ ME PRIOR TO BOOKING : IMPORTANT REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

By completing a booking with BalloonMan, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Separate terms apply to exclusive and private flights, which are strictly 100% non-refundable.

All bookings are subject to our standard terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and consistent experience.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
• A minimum of four to eight full business days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking, depending on passenger numbers.
• Where refunds are applicable, a $25.00 per person administration fee will be deducted from each ticket. Ticketing platform fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
• This refund policy also applies in circumstances where a flight cannot proceed due to weather conditions and you elect not to rebook and fly within your voucher validity period. This applies to all passengers, including interstate and international travellers, as well as change-of-mind decisions.

Vouchers and Gift Cards
• All vouchers and gift cards are strictly 100% non-refundable.
• Vouchers and gift cards may be transferred or resold to another passenger.
• Vouchers and gift cards may be placed on hold and used at a later date, provided they are redeemed within their stated validity period (typically 12 months).
• Expired vouchers and gift cards may incur reactivation fees.

Non-Refundable Additional Fees
• All ticketing platform and payment processing fees are passed on to the purchaser. This includes a 1.9% ticketing platform booking fee and a 1.9% credit card processing fee. These fees are strictly non-refundable.

Bank Transfer Option
• To avoid the 1.9% credit card fee, bank transfer is available at checkout. Funds must be cleared prior to the scheduled flight.

Promo Codes
• Promo codes exclude breakfast flights.
• Valid for ticket purchases only (not applicable to gift cards or vouchers).
• Valid for 12 months from issue.
• Non-refundable and subject to standard terms and conditions.
