Cancellation Conditions
If for any reason you need to cancel or change your flight date, Balloon Flights Over Melbourne requires a minimum of three (3) full business days notice to refill your places on that date. For groups of four or more passengers we require a minimum of five (5) full business days notice. A business day does not include a weekend or public holiday. If we cancel a flight due to unsuitable weather or any other unforeseen reason, you are welcome to re-book your flight for another day or receive a full refund. Tickets are valid for use 12 months from their date of purchase. Refunds will only be offered within the first 6 months of the validity period. Gift Vouchers and Discounted tickets including seasonal specials are 100% non-refundable.
